Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

We end our prayer with the Sign of the Cross. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Day 2 – Heart

We begin our prayer today with the Sign of the Cross. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy spirit, Amen.

What can you remember from yesterday’s scripture?

  1. Finish the piece of scripture “All scripture is inspired by …”
  2. With scripture we are equipped to do …?
  3. Who was the letter sent to?

Scripture is a great tool to teach us all many different lesson.

Jesus spoke through parables to teach many people all about what heaven is like and also how they can get into heaven through their deeds.

Today choose from the following pieces of scripture and discuss with the person next to you what the message Jesus is giving us

Jesus asked, “What is the Kingdom of God like? What shall I compare it with? It is like this. A man takes a mustard seed and plants it in his field. The plant grows and becomes a tree, and the birds make their nests in its branches.”

Luke 13:18-19

“Listen! Once there was a man who went out to sow grain. As he scattered the seed in the field, some of it fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. Some of it fell on rocky ground, where there was little soil. The seeds soon sprouted, because the soil wasn’t deep. Then, when the sun came up, it burned the young plants; and because the roots had not grown deep enough, the plants soon dried up. Some of the seed fell among thorn bushes, which grew up and choked the plants, and they didn’t bear grain. But some seeds fell in good soil, and the plants sprouted, grew, and bore grain: some had thirty grains, others sixty, and others one hundred.”

Mark 4:3-8

“You are like light for the whole world. A city built on a hill cannot be hid. No one lights a lamp and puts it under a bowl; instead it is put on the lampstand, where it gives light for everyone in the house. In the same way your light must shine before people, so that they will see the good things you do and praise your Father in heaven.

Matthew 5:14-16

We thank God for all he teaches us as we say together:

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.

We end our prayer with the Sign of the Cross. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Day 3 – Hands

We begin our prayer today with the Sign of the Cross. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy spirit, Amen.

We can learn so much from scripture. But a lot of scripture is us being told parables, stories and accounts of peoples lives for us to learn from.

Today we are going to share a interesting fact about out selves with each other.

This could be like a achievement in a sport or club. Someplace you have visited. A famous person you have met. Any interesting fact to share with each other.

We use the words Jesus taught us to pray to God as we say together:

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

We end our prayer with the Sign of the Cross. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit,

  • we got 2/3 on the questions.
we liked the scripture from Mark 4:3-8 because it taught us that we need to have a good starting foundation.
